First quarterly interim dividend

The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc has declared a first quarterly interim dividend of 2.15p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 March 2025, which will be paid on 27 September 2024 to shareholders on the register on 6 September 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 5 September 2024.
