14 March, 2010, pursuant sec. 21 para 1, 24 WpHG,that:
1) Van Lanschot N.V notified that:
a) The voting rights of Van Lanschot N.V., Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands,
in 4SC, Am Klopferspitz 19a, 82152 Martinsried, Germany, exceeded the
thresholds of 3% and 5% on 25 February 2011 and amounted to 8.23%
(3.452.647 of 41.955.386 voting rights) as per this day.
These 8.23% (3.452.647 of 41.955.386 voting rights) voting rights are
attributed to Van Lanschot N.V. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no.
2, sentence 2 WpHG from Donner & Reuschel AG.
b) The voting rights of Van Lanschot N.V 'S-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands,
in 4SC, Am Klopferspitz 19a, 82152 Martinsried, Germany, fell below the
thresholds of 5% and 3% on 01st March 2011 and amounted to 1.42% (594,824
of 41.955.386 voting rights) as per this day. These 1.42% (594,824 of
41.955.386 voting rights) voting rights are attributed to Van Lanschot N.V.
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
2) The following notifications are made pursuant to sec. 24 WpHG on behalf
of our subsidiaries.
a) Herewith, we notify that the proportion of voting rights of Kempen & Co
N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in 4SC, Am Klopferspitz 19a, 82152
Martinsried, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on 25 February
2011 and amounted to 8.23% (3.452.647 of 41.955.386 voting rights) as per
this day.
All of these 3.452.647 voting rights (8.23%) were attributed to Kempen & Co
N.V., pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 2 WpHG from Donner &
Reuschel AG.
b) The voting rights of F. Van Lanschot Bankiers N.V., 'S-Hertogenbosch,
The Netherlands, in 4SC, Am Klopferspitz 19a, 82152 Martinsried, Germany,
exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on 25 February 2011 and amounted to
8.23% (3.452.647 of 41.955.386 voting rights) as per this day.
All of these 3.452.647 voting rights (8.23%) were attributed to F. Van
Lanschot Bankiers N.V. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 2,
sentence 2 WpHG from Donner & Reuschel AG
c) The voting rights of Kempen & Co N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in
4SC, Am Klopferspitz 19a, 82152 Martinsried, Germany, fell below the
thresholds of 5% and 3% on 01st March 2011 and amounted to 1.42% (594,824
of 41.955.386 voting rights) on that day.
d) The voting rights of F. Van Lanschot Bankiers N.V., 'S-Hertogenbosch,
The Netherlands, in 4SC, Am Klopferspitz 19a, 82152 Martinsried, Germany,
fell below the thresholds of 5% and 3% on 01st March 2011 and amounted to
1.42% (594,824 of 41.955.386 voting rights) as per this day.
All of these 594,824 voting rights (1.42%) are attributed to F. Van
Landschot Bankiers N.V. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
