Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc, the internationally diversified energy storage fund , was informed that on 14 April 2025, Malcolm King, Non-Executive Director, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 57.9024p per share. Following this purchase, Mr King has a beneficial interest in 80,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
