RECOMMENDED CASH ACQUISITION

Titanium Ruth Bidco Limited ("Bidco")
(a newly formed company indirectly owned by one of Brookfield's real estate private funds)
CANCELLATION OF LISTING AND ADMISSION TO TRADING OF TRITAX EUROBOX SHARES
Further to the announcements made by Tritax EuroBox and Bidco on 10 December 2024, that the Scheme has become effective in accordance with its terms, Tritax EuroBox today announces that, following an application by Tritax EuroBox, the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the trading in Tritax EuroBox shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and the Financial Conduct Authority has cancelled the listing of Tritax EuroBox shares on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority, in each case with effect from 8.00 a.m. today (London time), 11 December 2024.
This announcement should be read in conjunction with the full text of the circular in relation to the Court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 to implement the Acquisition published on 28 October 2024 (the "Scheme Document"). Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this announcement have the meanings set out in the Scheme Document.
