Hamburg, April 28th, 2009. The Supervisory Board of ZhongDe Waste
Technology AG (ISIN DE000ZDWT018 / WKN ZDWT01) has appointed Mr. Jiuhua
Wang (born 26/03/1964) effective from July 1st, 2009 as Chief Financial
Officer of the Company.
Jiuhua Wang profits in his new position from the extensive experience he
gathered during his previous professional career. In his previous job, he
worked as Deputy General Manager (Finance) for China's largest commercial
real estate company (Wanda Group). Jiuhua Wang has completed the
MBA-Program at Steinbeis University Berlin.
Mr. Wang will replace the current CFO Na Lin. She resigns as member of the
Management board effective from June 30th, 2009.
