ZhongDe Waste Technology AG today announces that the ordinary Annual
General Meeting which was called for the 29th June 2009 will be postponed.
The Annual General Meeting is now planned to take place at 31st July 2009
in Hamburg at the same venue.
Due to technical problems pertaining to the Company's homepage and domain
address which recently occurred, the smooth communication with the
shareholders was no longer ensured. To swiftly reply on shareholders'
requests and to make available to the shareholders documents and
information required for the Annual General Meeting to ensure equal
treatment of the shareholders, the Company has installed a new domain
address.
As a legal consequence of this change of the domain address, the Annual
General Meeting must be convened again.
The invitation for the newly convened Annual General Meeting will be
announced in accordance with the legal provisions in the next days.
Furthermore, the new date will be adjusted in our financial calendar and
will be distributed via 'Deutsche Börse' (German Stock Exchange).
