ZhongDe signs letter of intent with ThyssenKrupp Xervon Energy
- Technical Cooperation in large-scale waste-to-energy projects

Hamburg, 30th July, 2009. ZhongDe Waste Technology AG [Ticker ZEF] has
signed a letter of intent with ThyssenKrupp Xervon Energy GmbH in order to
absorb the advanced incineration technologies. Through the technical
cooperation, ZhongDe enhances its technical and engineering capability of
conducting large-scale waste-to-energy projects in potential domestic and
international markets.
ThyssenKrupp Xervon Energy GmbH, a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp, is an
international engineering service company constructing large-scale
waste-to-energy plants.
Zefeng Chen, founder and CEO of ZhongDe Waste Technology AG, explains: 'We

Energy for large-scale waste incineration projects. This allows both
partners to better fulfil the requirements of public biddings and therefore
