ZhongDe Waste Technology AG: Completion of Feicheng project
construction

Frankfurt, 30 December 2010 - ZhongDe Waste Technology AG ('ZhongDe', 'the
Company', Ticker symbol 'ZEF') completed the construction of Feicheng BOO
project and the trial operation started.
Feicheng is a city with about one million inhabitants located in the
western part of Shandong province. The Feicheng project is ZhongDe's first
BOO project. BOO means Build, Own and Operate. The concession period was
extended to an unlimited operating time. The approximate investment costs
are EUR 3.9 million. The waste disposal capacity is 160 tons per day. The
revenues consist of waste disposal fees and steam sales during the regular
operation period. The Feicheng plant will not generate electricity sales,
because its daily waste disposal capacity is not large enough for the
generation of electricity.

'According to the timetable, the Feicheng project has been completed and
has entered into its trial operation period. Further, two EPC (Engineering,
Procurement and Construction) and three BOT (Build, Operate and Transfer)
projects are planned to be finished in 2011 and are going to increase

advantage of the huge market potential in the Chinese and international
energy-from-waste market.'
