Frankfurt, 30 March 2012 - According to preliminary unaudited results of
the financial year 2011, the net loss of ZhongDe Waste Technology AG
('ZhongDe', 'the Company', Ticker symbol 'ZEF') amounted to approx. EUR 8
million. The net loss was mainly caused by delays in the completion process
of energy-from-waste plants under construction. In 2010 net loss of the
company was EUR 0.9 million.
Even though the preliminary result is worse than expected, ZhongDe's net
cash position of around EUR 117 million as at 31 December 2011 ensures the
flexibility of ZhongDe in the fields of BOT investment and project finance.
