ZhongDe Waste Technology AG: Preliminary nine-months results and adjusted
full-year guidance
Frankfurt, November 13, 2015 - ZhongDe Waste Technology AG ("ZhongDe")
publishes its preliminary financials for 9M 2015 and adjusts its guidance
for the full-year results 2015 due to unexpected project delays.
According to preliminary calculations, ZhongDe achieved revenues of 10.3
million Euros in the first nine months of 2015 representing a decrease of
10.3 per cent (9M 2014: 11.5 million Euros). EBIT went down by 33.2 per
cent to -4.1 million Euros (9M 2014: -3.1 million Euros).
Within the first nine months 2015, due to internal and external reasons,
ZhongDe's management team had to postpone the completion of the BOT
projects in Zhoukou and Xianning to 2016. The Kunming BOT project is
expected to be completed in 2017 instead of 2016 as previously announced.
The completion of the EPC project in Zhucheng will be delayed. Furthermore,
the EPC projects Dingzhou and Wuhai are temporarily suspended. Taking the
adjusted project planning into account, ZhongDe now expects total group
sales and operating profit for the full year 2015 to be below the 2014
levels.
ZhongDe will present its full Q3 interim report on November 27, 2015.
