CFO William Jiuhua Wang resigns
Frankfurt, 9. Juni 2016 - William Jiuhua Wang, member of the management
board and Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of ZhongDe Waste Technology AG
("ZhongDe", "the Company"), has, in agreement with the supervisory board,
resigned from office as a member of the management board and CFO with
immediate effect.
The supervisory board will discuss the issue of a sucessor for William
Jiuhua Wang in its next meeting.
