Director Resignation
The Board of the Company regrets to announce that Yoshi Nishio has resigned as non-executive director, with effect from 30 September 2024.
The Board would like to thank Yoshi for his significant contributions and advice since the launch of the Company in October 2018, and would like to extend its best wishes to him for the future.
The Board has commenced a process to identify and appoint a non-executive director and will provide further updates on this in due course.
