Change of Auditor

AJ Bell announces that the Board has approved the proposed appointment of PWC LLP as the Company's auditor for the financial year ending 30 September 2025 following the conclusion of a competitive tender process led by the Company's Audit Committee. This appointment is subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2025.

BDO LLP will complete the audit for the year ending 30 September 2024.
