The Stock Exchange has received a message from Ocean Shores Group Limited, 
a new listing applicant, which is reproduced as follows:-

Despatch of share certicates on or before ........ Thursday, 10th February

Dealings in the Shares on the Stock Exchange
  to commence on .................................. Tuesday, 15th February
 

For WHITE application form:

If you have applied for 500,000 Offer Shares or above and have indicated 
on your application form that you will collect your share certificate(s) 
and refund cheque (if any), you may collect them in person from:

5th Floor, Wing On Centre
111 Connaught Road Central
Hong Kong

between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on the date notified by the Company in the 
newspapers as the date of despatch of share certificates.  This is 
expected to be Thursday, 10th February, 2000.

You must show your identification documents to collect your share 
certificate(s) and/or refund cheque (if any).

If you do not collect your share certificate(s) and/or refund cheque (if 
any), it/they will be sent to the address on your application form shortly 
after the date of despatch, by ordinary post and at your own risk.

If you have applied for 500,000 Offer Shares or above and have not 
indicated on your application form that you will collect your share 
certificate(s) and/or refund cheque (if any) in person, of if you have 
applied for less than 500,000 Offer Shares, then your share certificate(s) 
and/or refund cheque (if any) will be sent to the address on your 
application form on the date of despatch, by ordinary post and at your own 
risk.
