Announcement

Further to the announcement of Ocean Shores Group Limited (the "Company")
dated 8th February, 2000, the directors of the Company announce that the
Company has been informed that certain Underwriters have applied for a
total of 2,580,000 Offer Shares under the Share Offer for their own
interests, representing 4.3 per cent. of the total number of Offer Shares
under the Share Offer.

Terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as in the
prospectus of the Company dated 27th January, 2000.
