At the general meeting held today, 26 August 2020 at 11.15 am, all of the resolutions put to the Company's shareholders were duly passed by the requisite majorities on a poll. Resolution 4 set out in the Notice of General Meeting was not put to the shareholders as a similar resolution was passed at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today.
