Resignation of Director
Schroder British Opportunities Trust plc (the "Company"), announces the resignation of Christopher Keljik OBE, non-executive director. This is with immediate effect and is for personal reasons.
Chris's extensive knowledge and experience of investment companies will be sadly missed and the Board would like to thank him for his diligence and contribution since IPO.
Tim Jenkinson, non-executive director, will replace Chris as chair of the Company's management engagement committee.
