In compliance with UKLR 6.4.9R (2), BTG notes that Shruthi Chindalur, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Kainos Group plc with effect from 24 September 2025. On appointment to Kainos Group plc, Shruthi will join the Audit and Risk Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee.
