Cel AI Plc (LSE: CLAI), the AI agent deployment platform with a strategic Bitcoin treasury focus, announces it held its General Meeting ("GM") at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG at 14:00 on 17 July 2025. All resolutions set out in the Company's Notice of General Meeting were duly passed.
