Narf Industries plc (LSE: NARF), the cybersecurity group specializing in high-end threat intelligence and critical infrastructure security, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00am on 4 October 2024 at the offices of Tennyson Securities, 65 Petty France, London SW1H 9EU.
The notice convening the AGM, a Letter from The Chairman and the Form of Proxy have been sent to shareholders and are available on the Company's website ( www.narfgroup.com ), as is the Company's Annual Report for the fifteen month period ended 31 March 2024.
