YING WING HOLD<01104> - Change of Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the name of Ying 
Wing Holdings Limited has been changed to "Shanghai Merchants 
Holdings Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its 
ordinary shares (stock code: 1104) will also be changed 
to "SHANGHAI MER H" with effect from Thursday, 20/06/2002.
