XIN CORP<01141> - Parallel Trading & Change of Name

With effect from today (14/01/2003), the name of Hung Fung Group Holdings 
Limited has been changed to "Xin Corporation Limited" ("Xin Corp").  
Accordingly, the parallel trading in the ordinary shares of Xin Corp will 
commence at 9:30 a.m. on today (14/01/2003) under the following 
particulars: -
