III. LOSS PER SHARE
The calculation of basic loss per share is based on the unaudited
consolidated net loss from ordinary activities attributable to
shareholders for the six months ended 30 September 2004 of HK$9,151,000
(unaudited net loss for the six months ended 30 September 2003:
HK$15,397,000) and the weighted average of 1,102,720,190 (2003:
335,812,912) ordinary shares of the Company in issue during the period.
Diluted loss per share for the six months ended 30 September 2004 and
2003 have not been disclosed as the convertible note and bonds
outstanding during the period had anti-dilutive effect on the basic
loss per share for both periods.
