Insight Business Support plc - Results of Offer for Subscription for new Ordinary Shares of 1p at 2p per share and total shares to be admitted

The Offer for Subscription of up to 75,000,000 new shares at 2p per share in Insight Business Support plc closed on 30^th June 2021. Subscriptions have been received for a total of 38,775,000 shares for a consideration of £775,500.

The minimum subscription of 35,000,000 has been met and new applications for shares have been granted in full, subject to Listing.

Including the Founders shares, the total number of Ordinary shares allotted, issued, and to be admitted will be 47,275,000

Dealings in the shares are expected to start at 8.00am on 8^th July 2021.
