At the request of Midas International Holdings Limited (the "Company"),
trading in its shares will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today
(8/1/2007) pending the release of an announcement regarding a proposed
group rationalisation, which consitutes a price sensitive information of
the Company.
