SE ASIA WOOD<1205> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of South East Asia Wood Industries Holdings Limited (the 
"Company"), trading in its shares will be suspended with effect from 10:00 
a.m. today (29/6/2000) pending an announcement in relation to the 
restructuring of the Company involving capital reorganisation, 
subscription of new shares and bank compromise.
