In accordance with LR9.6.14R, Dr Margaret Amos, Non-Executive Director of Pod Point, has notified the Company that she will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Tyman plc ("Tyman") with effect from 19 June 2023. Margaret will be a member of each of Tyman's Remuneration and Nominations Committees and, from 21 July 2023, will be appointed as Chair of Tyman's Audit & Risk Committee.
