Notice of AGM
ProCook Group plc ("ProCook" or the "Group") announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") was yesterday posted or otherwise made available to shareholders.
The Group's AGM will be held at ProCook's registered office at ProCook, 10 Indurent Park, Gloucester, GL10 3EZ at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday 10 September 2025.

To facilitate shareholder engagement, the proceedings of the AGM will be broadcast via the Investor Meet Company platform. Shareholders are invited to submit any questions in respect of the business of the AGM for the Board to consider. Questions may be submitted in advance via the Investor Meet Company dashboard, or at any time during the AGM over the Investor Meet Company platform following registration, and the Board will aim to respond to any such questions relevant to the business of the AGM.
