First Dividend Declaration

The Board of Pantheon Infrastructure Plc (the "Company"), the listed global infrastructure fund, is pleased to announce that it has declared its first interim dividend of 2.173 pence per Ordinary Share for the year ending 31 December 2025 (the "First Dividend").

The First Dividend will be paid on 24 October 2025 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 3 October 2025 (being the record date for these purposes). The Ordinary Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 2 October 2025.
