General Meeting Outcome, Audit Update, and Investment Negotiations

ALT Resources Plc ("ALT" or the "Company"), established to pursue value-accretive opportunities within the natural resources sector, announces the following updates:

General Meeting Resolution
The Company confirms that the resolution proposed at the General Meeting held on 16 October 2025 was duly passed. As a result, the Company's Articles of Association have been amended accordingly.

Audit Update
The audit of the Company's financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025 (the "Accounts") remains ongoing and will not be completed by 31 October 2025, the deadline stipulated under DTR 4.1.3. ALT continues to work closely with its appointed auditors, PKF Littlejohn LLP, to ensure the audit is finalised at the earliest opportunity.

Investment Negotiations and AIM Admission
ALT is currently in advanced discussions regarding a potential royalty investment in an ASX-listed copper company. This investment is expected to coincide with the Company's proposed admission to trading on AIM and a concurrent capital raise to fund the copper transaction and provide additional working capital.
