Notice of General Meeting
Gem Resources Plc (LSE: GEMR), the emerald mining and development company with operations in South Africa and Australia, announces that its Board is today posting a Notice of Meeting to Shareholders convening a General Meeting ("GM") of the Company for 11am on 20th November 2025.
The GM will be held at 11am on 20th November 2025 at the offices of Orrick, Herrington, Sutcliffe (UK) LLP, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom.
Shareholders should email any questions they have to [email protected] (using the subject line "GM Question"). Shareholders are requested to submit any questions that they may have, in good time, ahead of the GM.
Instructions on how to vote are attached to the Notice of GM and proxy form which are both available on the Company's website. Shareholders wishing to appoint a proxy are recommended to appoint the Chairman of the Meeting to do so. Proxy votes must be received by no later than 11am on 18th November 2025.
