In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9(2), Spiritus Mundi plc (LSE:SPMU), the Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) seeking to acquire targets in Europe and Asia in the clinical diagnostics sector, notes that Tim Metcalfe, Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed as Non-Executive Chairman and a Director of Equipmake Holdings plc, effective 2 July 2025.
