Result of General Meeting
Hellenic Dynamics Plc (Formerly known as U.K. SPAC Plc) is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of the Company's shareholders held today ("General Meeting"), all resolutions were duly passed. The Company therefore expects that Admission and the first day of dealings will take place on Monday 05 December 2022.
The Company announces that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the General Meeting were duly passed.
The total number of shares on the register at 10 am on 29 November 2022, being those eligible to be voted on at the GM, was 1,852,219,137.
