Market participants are requested to note that the name of Systek 
Information Technology (Holdings) Limited has been changed to 
"Tai Shing International (Holdings) Limited". Accordingly, the 
stock short name of its ordinary shares (stock code: 8103) will 
also be changed to "TAI SHING" with effect from Wednesday, 
17/3/2004.
