BROWN ADVISORY US SMALLER COMPANIES PLC
The Company was notified on 18 July 2025 that Mr J R A Judd and Mrs C M Judd (a person closely associated with Mr J R A Judd, a non-executive Director of the Company), sold 640 shares in the Company out of a non-ISA joint trading account, and additionally sold 680 shares in the Company each from their respective ISA accounts through a Bed and SIPP arrangement to effect the transfer of the sum of the Ordinary shares to Mr J R A Judd's SIPP account.
