Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 23 May 2022 it transferred 64 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 888 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,608,018 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,452,272 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
