Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 15 August 2022 it transferred 449 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 794 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,604,651 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,455,639 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
