Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 12 September 2022 it transferred 2856 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The highest and the lowest transfer prices were 888 and 794 pence, respectively. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,601,267 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,459,023 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
