TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 21 November 2022 it transferred 1,689 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 888 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,599,578 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,460,712 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
