Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 23 January 2023 it transferred 249 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 1,084 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,696,241 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,364,049 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
