Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 20 March 2023 it transferred 1,360 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 794 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,690,121 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,370,169 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
