TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 11 April 2023 it transferred 1,700 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 794 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,688,421 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,371,869 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
