Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 5 June 2023 it transferred 1,661 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 888 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,640,402 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,419,888 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
