TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 7 August 2023 it transferred 3,302 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 888 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,598,173 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,462,117 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
