Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 12 September 2023 it transferred 122 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 735 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,596,640 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,463,650 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
