Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 13 November 2023 it transferred 2,267 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 794 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,588,048 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,472,242 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
