Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 4 December 2023 it transferred 8,747 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 794 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,579,301 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,480,989 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
