TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 11 December 2023 it transferred 3,400 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 794 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,575,901 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,484,389 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
