Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 4 August 2025 it transferred 798 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 371 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,568,968 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,491,322 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
