Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 26 August 2025 it transferred 5,557 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 371 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,541,218 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,519,072 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
